Vixen Workout with Tasha (Philly)
Hey Philly, We're looking for new recruits. Are you ready to join the #VixenArmy? What's Vixen? The Vixen workout is a cardio, HIIT, dance fitness class. Each class features easy to follow routines with choreography inspired by different types of commercial dance like: Hip-Hop, House, Dance Hall, Pop, Jazz-Funk, Latin Fusion and Street Styles. This full body workout incorporates Plyometrics, squats, lunges and core work alongside of today's top songs and your favorite divas, like Beyoncé, J-Lo and Rihanna. While traditional workout wear is worn, the unofficial dress code for the Vixen Workout is leggings, tanks or crop tops, bright lipstick and wedge sneakers. Vixen workouts create a fun club atmosphere where women are encouraged to let loose, let their hair down, forget their responsibilities at the door and tap into their "alter-ego" diva for a sweaty good time. First timers with no dance experience have reported burning around 400 - 475 calories, while women who have frequented Vixen workouts report burning 800 - 1100 calories per workout.
