Dr. Daniel Rich, University of Delaware’s Director of the Community Engagement Initiative and Policy Director of the Wilmington Education Improvement Commission, will speak on the historical context and current issues in Delaware public education as they relate to issues of race and equity. Dr. Tony Allen, Provost and Executive Vice President of Delaware State University and Chair of the Wilmington Education Improvement Commission, Shana Payne, DE DOE Director of Higher Education, and Dorrell Green, DE DOE Director, Innovation and Improvement, will provide insight into current educational policy.
